The amount being charged today is 50% of the grand total made up of charges for: base rental charge + $175 cleaning fee + optional pool heating fee ($100 for stays shorter than 30 days, $150 for longer stays) + 12% Florida sales tax + $500 security deposit (refundable). Pool is heated to 82 deg. The remaining balance will have to be paid no later than 30 days before your rental period begins.
