OUTSTANDING 3 BEDROOM POOL HOME RENTAL IN SOUTH VENICE CLOSE TO BEACHES

This is one of the most beautiful home rentals you can find in Venice FL. When you drive up it's a definite WOW. Located in a quiet welcoming neighborhood.

The open airy living room features comfortable new furnishings, a bright beautiful stone accent wall and fantastic floors. It's a bright sunny room with HDTV and internet.

A wall of sliding doors opens up to a large covered outdoor area with additional dining tables, chairs and comfortable seating areas overlooking a beautiful pool. The pool in this home rental is heated and surrounded by lush landscaping for your privacy.

The fully stocked kitchen and dining area are open to the the living area. The nearby closet holds the washer/dryer. Beyond is access to a 2 car garage.

The split floor plan provides privacy for the 3 bedrooms of the home rental. These are tastefully decorated for that warm homey feeling complete with their own TV. The master bath has a Shower and whirlpool tub.

One guest room has a Queen bed and the 3rd room has two twin beds, and a shared bath.

This home rental offers outstanding vacation experience filled with comfort, privacy, convenience and visual beauty.

The managers of our home rentals are a simple phone call away for anything additional you might need.

Our community's most unique asset is a deeded private beach on the Gulf. Your pass is provided to South Venice beach ferry. Only a mile from your house. This 18 passenger ferry takes you on a 4 minute trip to the pristine Manasota Key Beach.

Nearby Shamrock Park and Nature Center offers a 80 acres preserve which links up with a 10 mile bike trail.

Visit beautiful downtown Venice Island. Stroll the palm tree lined streets where you'll find unique shops and dining.

Sarasota is 25 min away, Tampa 1.5 hours and Orlando about 2 hours.

The home is exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, and perfect for the six of us (parents, tween, teenager, and grandparents). We enjoyed many mornings at the beach, afternoon hanging out at the pool, and going out in the evening for an enjoyable dinner. Loved the privacy of the back yard when hanging out at the pool. Beds were comfy in all rooms per family report. Loved they had some board games available and dining table to seat six. Plenty of seating for the family room for some to lay down and some sit while watching a movie. Modern appliances were a bonus too:)

We found the property to very well appointed and very much as described. There were plenty of towels and linens and our trips to the many beaches in the area were enhanced by the beach chairs and umbrella on hand. We will definitely consider this property again for a future vacation!

Our family of three stayed in this beautiful home for ten days starting Thanksgiving day. I was a little hesitant to rent it at first since it's a little out of the way but I was very happy with it once we got use to the area. Very comfortable beds, plenty of towels and everything that we needed for our stay. The heated pool was heavenly and the neighborhood very peaceful. A tv in each bedroom was a huge plus for us. I loved every minute that we spent there and would most definitely recommend it and would rent it again. The Pizana family from Indiana

We booked this property for a week in November for our first trip to the S. Venice area. The house was very nice and modern, spacious, and very clean. Internet worked great. Plenty of TV channels. We appreciated the large comfortable furniture and semi-open floor plan, not to mention a great book and board game selection. The heated pool and lanai were fabulous. We had one minor issue with the pool while there, and the property manager came over within a few minutes of contact and solved the problem. It's rare to find that level of service! My kids loved the heated pool about as much as time at the beach. The ferry to a fairly private beach was icing on the cake. We visited the public beach and pier near Sharky's, but prefer the private beach by far. We found probably 50 shark teeth for the first time ever searching! We will definitely book this home again when we return to Venice Beach. What a great value!

We had a very comfortable stay and the pool was great. The patio doors was super and opening them wide felt like you were living outdoors which was enhanced by the great weather. All the basic amenities were available and made it home away from home. We will rent this home again in the future.

The house layout is perfect and the pool and backyard is so fun and private with all of the lush palm trees and landscaping. Bud was quick to respond to any questions. I can’t think of one thing I would change- it was a perfect vacation.

This house was a 2nd choice after Hurricane Irma hit the Florida Keys hard and we scrambled to find a replacement. We found a gem in Venice. Great home with all the extras. Heated pool, nice lani area with table and chairs for 6. We used the grill for 4 of our dinner meals. HD TVs in all bedrooms and living room, fast internet. Beach chairs, bikes, scoops for sharks teeth hunting. We rented jet skis and a deck boat, saw dolphins jumping in the bay right next to the boat and came across 5 manatee in one of the mangrove preserves that swam around the boat as we drifted. This was easily one of the top 5 vacations we have taken and will definitely book this home in the future.

We stayed in this beautiful house for 7 days with our family, and we absolutely loved. The house was clean, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's very close to Venice beach and 30 minutes away from Siesta key beach. Management was very helpful and Friendly. Overall we enjoyed our time, and would recommend this house to a friend. Will come back!
